I'm pretty sure neither exercise nor protein shakes are causes of cancer...

I’m also referring to all the other additives and things like steroids and gawd knows what else they the young people are taking nowadays

There’s a new shop near us just opened up just selling exercise additives and protein powders

…if anyone would like to look into the Yuka app and downloading it onto their phone to scan their products…?…this link tells you more about it…

…it’s so easy to use and is basically colour coded from red through to amber and green, a traffic light style…it also gives you a score on the product that you’re scanning…

Excellent (75 to 100)
Good (50 to 75)
Poor (20 to 50)
Bad (0 to 25)

…it’s not an app that has any product sponsorship …so no conflict of interest or biases etc…

I might try this. I'm never sure if I'm making the right choices when I'm food shopping.
