what does this even mean? I was born in to a Christian family, that doesn't and never will mean i am a follower of christ. I am in no way qualified to describe the life of a "christian" even though i am perfectly familiar with the christian faith

You think you have a very good understanding of lots of things, though your posts suggest otherwise. Your grandmother was Jewish... Interesting you don't mention that your mother was, considering it follows the female line. My grandmother survived the camps but lost her whole family but that doesn't make me more Jewish.
