It's absolutely gross and even moreso now that it can be done more easily using AI and with video. It isn't, unfortunately, entirely a new problem - skilled amateur photo editors have been able to create fake nudes using photoshop for decades. The problem will only increase if it can be done in seconds with AI, but the consequences of doing it should be the same - especially if it's fakes of underage people - because even if it's adult bodies it's still classed as child porn and should result in a sex offenders register entry.
