It goes beyond her, generally. Whenever benefits are discussed or anything along those lines, you can read the same stuff "well, they've got a flat screen TV" or every Christmas, the sun will write a piece about a mother on benefits buying her children ipads, as though they are expected to just sit and play with coal for the rest of their lives.

People are taught to look down at one rung of the ladder below, but be enthralled by those one rung above. It keeps everybody away from questioning where the money of this country is actually going.

I have seen countless clips and interviews and I just dislike pretty much everything about her .

Which is fine. We all take a dislike to people for stupid reasons. Mine is Shaun Murphy the snooker player with his big massive head. He seems like a nice enough dude, but I can't stand him. Do you know what I do about it though? I Just forget about him. Maybe you should try to just forget about her rather than creating constant threads and posts about her. It comes across as a little creepy if I'm honest, and I know you're a good dude, who wouldn't want to appear that way.

It’s not for STUPID reasons that I detest her

It’s also not her appearance that perturbs or disturbs me … its her personality and the way she presents herself and her general behaviour

It worries me that the deputy PM could think that green abomination is suitable for any work scenario

its shows poor judgment

I don’t care where the money/outfit came from
tbh

It looks dreadful and the fact that someone thought it was worth Ł550 is quite frankly laughable

I agree with you that the outfit is horrendous.

But I don't get why it's such a big deal, I mean it's a bad looking outfit, but she's not harming anyone with it.

…I would say that’s very possible also/that some outfits were gifted by the designer to some of the senior Labour representatives and Victoria Starmer…the green trouser suit is one of three outfits that Angela has worn recently by that same brand….and the brand founder has links to the Labour Party, I believe…

when you wear an unusual outfit in a high profile public situation, you are making a statement and that invites people to comment on it be it good or bad.

It's really no different to wearing an outfit to the oscars or the horse racing

…wearing a green trouser suit, which is perfectly classical in style is not what I would call in any way an unusual outfit, so no…I can’t say that would apply at all as oppose to an outfit that could be felt to be worn to provoke attention…unless the colour green has become a very controversial colour in some way…

So you don't think the clown style pants were unusual? Anyway, it's the public that decide if it's unusual .... and clearly some did

…well then as you say, you would have to attach that ‘clown’ tag in the first place and I don’t, I don’t see anything clownish in any way about a green trouser suit of a classical fit, so I think personally that’s more about a judgement of Angela herself and how she’s not doing right for doing wrong, type thing…even in how she dresses…and so far as I can see, the brand gets praise from many and her choice is being complimented by many…it’s a very small amount of criticism I’ve seen, which is good…

…and in this forum it has to be said, that it seems mostly male criticism of a female’s dress style, which is interesting…

For me, it would have to be something really controversial to raise an eye brow. Having gone through many years as a student in my youth, i think i've seen it all in terms of fashion. Angela isn't even close to raising a twitch

Aren’t the majority of top female clothing designers … male ?
