I wouldn't be too sympathetic or willing to excuse the behaviour of the Asian crowds in Birmingham yesterday. Fair enough that they feel very threatened by recent events but given that the reports of a far right rally there were false there is no excuse for them then acting threateningly to random pub goers, a Sky news camera crew and an LBC reporter. That's not defending your community
