I would have thought that if anyone needed to be sued that it should be IBA as they were the ones who made the claim that both fighters had the Y chromosome. They were the governing body and they did the tests and on the back of those tests banned them from competing (which neither fighter appealed) so if they lied about the test results surely they're the ones who need suing not people who believed them? It's not as if these queries and doubts came out of thin air or just because of what they looked like
