That's only relevant to migration within the EU so basically none of the countries that people are migrating from en masse.

In 2023, 1.93 million people immigrated to Germany, with 276,000 of those coming from Ukraine and 126,000 from Turkey. However, 1,270,000 people emigrated from Germany in 2023, resulting in a net immigration of 663,000. This is down from the record 1,462,000 net immigration in 2022

The same is true of the UK, net migration is "only" somewhere around 500k (immigration at over 1 million).
SOme real irony here - the main reason a higher proportion migrate out of Germany (et al) compared to the UK is
because they can, due to open borders within the EU. Brexit inadvertently actually "traps" migrants in the UK once they're here... because of all the red tape involved in leaving.
