Yeah quite often and then my solution is to pop to the shops, go to a cafe, go to a pub etc. but that's not good from a spending point of view
There's always things you could be doing though, a lot of the time it's just requiring the discipline to stick with them rather than going back to doom scrolling or watching television. I'm trying to get better at that atm
