That’s very frustrating, dismissive and rigid behaviour for anyone to display, never mind for someone in her profession.

And she had the nerve to tell Khaled he lacked empathy , again she seems to be projecting her own behaviour onto him. And I found it very rude the way she was telling him about empathy,as if to say he's too stupid to grasp it, she's so stuck up .
