Look, some people are just nice. Khaled has explained clearly that he simply reflects back what he is given and the reason he has been nice is because people have been nice to him. The refusal to understand that could point to deeper issues.

I feel that some don't want to believe a person can be just be nice is because they don't feel that within themselves so they struggle to understand how others can.
