So many of them have broken rules this year. I don't know if they're stricter about it this year, or this lot in general... don't care? Don't think?

Yes and they should be punished for that but the rule for saying you will nominate someone should be that you are banned from nominating them or stripped of your right to nominate for the next round of nominations. You shouldn’t be able to say outside of the diary room that you’re going to pick someone and get away with it completely.

I think there are so many rule breaks nominations should be scrapped for a week with all up.
