I'm guessing it's just an extreme way of basically telling someone to kiss their ass/feet as a show of their submission and your superiority? That's what I took from it.

…that’s a bit of a dodgy title when I look back on it, actually……I was too tired to work it into the title last night when she said it…but the moment I heard the quote I coveted it for the thread…

…it is a bit like a one off Black Friday type special offer…join the appreciation today and the complimentary back-foot sucking/lubrication offer voucher will be emailed immediately and can be used any time up until the 2025 season…no other fanclub offers that …they only wish they had those resources available…

You could tell Segun and, I think Thomas(?) were delighted at the live crowd's positive response to her in last night's show. I think Ali was caught off guard, too, hence the attempt at a 'talk' after the eviction.
