Soya I can't do dairy milk unless it's in stuff. I'm not intolerant, it stems more from the fact that as a kid the milkman gave us some very nasty and greasy milk once that left a horrible taste in my mouth and I haven't really dared drink much cow milk since. Similar reason why I hate lamb. I once had a lamb burger in high school that was so gross I haven't tasted lamb since.

I have just switched to soya milk for cereal as i am trying to manage some health stuff and one of the things the doc mentioned was soya milk so I tried it this morning. I like it.....couldn't have it in tea as its too creamy textured and I only like skimmed in tea but not too shabby on cereal
