Yes they're both flirting, the issue though is Segun was going around telling people that it's Hanah that's always coming over to him and he does nothing which isn't true at all. Hanah has never said anything like that about him. And she wasn't throwing him under the bus, I think she took, what must have been quite an upsetting thing to hear from people she trusts, extremely well.
