Question

If Keir Starmer had said before the election that he would remove the winter
fuel allowance from millions of pensioners, give away £millions of money to
overseas net zero and farming projects while hammering UK family farmers
with inheritance tax, council tax & energy price increases, raise university
tuition fees, plaster mass-scale solar panels on thousands of acres of prime
farmland despite huge local community objections, spaff £22bn of taxpayers’
money on carbon capture machines, give £3bn a year of taxpayers’ money to
Ukraine and ratchet up hawkish warmongering rhetoric, pledge a 20% cut in
meat & dairy and get exposed for receiving over £100,000 worth of freebies -
he almost certainly wouldn’t have won. He duped the electorate. An utterly
shameless display of snake oil political salesmanship. And still he lectures all of
us in that gratingly sanctimonious manner of his like we are all somehow the
problem here.

Holding frequent elections undermines the impact of them, so can't say I would sign a petition for it. What circumstances have changed to warrant it outside it just being Labour, etc?

Yes online petitions are easier to game but they have a purpose I suppose...
The petition is pointless.

It's simply labour's turn to be shite for 4 or more years, that's just how it is accepted in the UK.
