Most wouldn't fall for that no.

I do think that there's some women out there though that would fall for a goodlooking guy who's charming (which to pull a scheme like this off they'd have to be charming to a degree) especially if the girl is as young as 18, as teens (boys and girls) in general are very naive about a lot of different things in life.
