Over the years I've calmed down a lot. Most recently in the last 12 months.

You're right about not knowing what people have going on in their lives. There's this unfriendly bad mannered guy who works in my local Morrisons. Recently I thought maybe his wife or daughter is ill in hospital. You never know.
