We love the area we live in Cherie, I'm talking about the house itself, we do our best with it but with two teenagers we've outgrown it and also the landlord does not give a stuff about the property so the maintenance is bare minimum, and the amount we're willing to spend on a house we don't own is limited. After 10 years that stacks up. The place needs thousands spent on it, probably 5 figures.

We've lived here a decade and I don't even know what the fella who owns it looks like . He's just not interested, I reckon he'll sell once we're out.

All set to buy now though so just waiting for the right house...
