He’s one of my favourite players to watch so I will simply watch him for Real Madrid

No, you won't get 50 million now, from 1st jan, players out out of contract in the summer can talk to other leagues and agree pre-contracts on free transfer. That's what Mbappe did to PSG. It basically means that players can get a big sign on bonus
