I mean, I understand the sentiment and I think plenty of people are genuinely doing it in that spirit, however I think it'd be a tad naive to overlook the fact that there'll be a lot of dirty fellers who are there as an excuse to flash their chubber on public transport.

But each to their own I guess, I personally hesitate to sit on a train seat (let alone an underground seat) without 4 or 5 layers of kevlar between me and the fabric, let alone doing it with my lovely thighs fully exposed.

They'll be heading home with scabies.

If I'm wrong that you're naive then you're telling deliberate half-truths for political-alignment reasons.

I'm simply factually not-wrong that a percentage of the men in those videos are getting a sexual thrill out of being able to walk around in their underwear in public "with an excuse". Not all of them, definitely some of them, especially as (I imagine?) the event was advertised and would specifically attract those people. Why wouldn't it attract them? So let me get this straight!
