But this is what happens when laypeople latch onto terms and pump themselves full of needless outrage when they actually have no idea what they're reading. Lol. This also highlights one of the absolutely bizarre parts of British governmental politics - Westminster hopscotch... Wes Streeting does not have a background in healthcare. WHY would we not have a health secretary with an extensive healthcare policy background? Utter madness.

I'm neither getting myself hot under the collar about a misinterpretation of someone elses' words, nor am I the health secretary? "Layperson" isn't a slur.
