Fear not. I’ll be ranking them lowly too. The 90s had so much to offer in terms of genres and songs I’ll be looking for well thought out songs.

As in something which isn’t just generic and obvious. A little creativity is what gets marks from me.

90s is my fave music decade though. So many strong genres in a decade, and also felt like the last decade where music was fun/playful.

It’d be interesting to play this again in the summer. A complete different selection of songs in each decade we’d be working with.

I love 80s and 90s! The 00s does have some fun things to offer too but we’ll definitely see a dip after 2010

I'm not sure 'valid reasons' would be well accepted. Music is subjective, because one person doesn't like something or finds it predictable, doesn't mean the person who chose it shouldn't love it. We all like different things as the choices so far demonstrate.
