Who's talking about stabbing people. They closed Westminster Bridge yesterday and re-routed ambulances because that dickhead was up the Elizabeth Tower. HE was responsible.

My point is you can’t choose his punishment it has to be lawful and legal

No comment about his actions closing the bridge and endangering life? But thanks for the legal lesson................ I'm pretty sure everyone here already knows that.

Endangering life as you say

If you know the legal situation then you know he can’t be tried using emotional law

A car crash didn't close the bridge. This protester did. He is culpable. Your newly found extensive legal experience might tell you the implications of that. Or..... maybe not.

How was he allowed to fly his flag on the way down. Why was he not in handcuffs?

Of course they can and if they do endanger life or damage property they should be held accountable

What I’m saying is,
We can’t go round killing people for holding up flags

Neither of those are good examples, a car crash would have been cleared quickly, road works would be pre planned and ambulances would already be aware and on divert, protesters have been marching for months, what do you think this will achieve?

Wrong a death caused by a crash can shut roads for hours

A sink hole or water main leak can do the same
