It's true to say that she wasn't exactly spoilt for choice with the killer nom and that she can forgive while also still not forgetting Mickey's off colour remarks towards her, in which case, the nom is still reasonable. (Although to be pedantic here, iirc she didn't exactly forgive him so much as she simply appreciated the gesture.)
What I object to is the fakery. She didn't have to put him forward with that slight touch of glee about how people on the outside won't be happy with him, and also the comments about how him going is the best case scenario for her, etc. It's all well and good if that's how she genuinely feels, but then be up front with the man and stop being nicey-nicey to his face and giving the impression that it's all water under the bridge now.
She can forgive him while still putting him forward for the killer nom in lieu of not having had any unpleasant run-ins with any oither HMs, but her way of choosing him smacks of it being anything
but forgiven. She's got it out for him now. Again, that's fine. But don't be fake about it and give off the impression that things are cool between you when they're clearly not, on your part. Especially when he seems to be making a genuine effort to right his wrongs imo.
