Well you're wrong, thermometers can't measure everywhere at once and there isn't one collecting data inland from the coast in my city It was definitely hotter than 25º and there can obviously be errors in the forecast because you said it was going to be 17º. Portuguese people find 25º cold, it was sweltering.
