Loads of Hollywood films are shot in the UK. It would hard them if they weren't able to shoot here in the future. Some arrangement will be made, I reckon.

I think what he's specifically (supposedly) aiming to stop though is exactly that; not foreign films (which will be collateral damage) but US-based movies with US-based actors being filmed outside of the US, because of incentives being offered by other countries.

He could of course have remedied this by offering similar incentives to film within the US... but no of course it's "more tariffs".
