There are alot of unanswered questions here, was the road he was initially driving down open or closed, why was he allowed to follow the ambulance, there appear to be numerous police around who bundled him from his car to safety but none of them appear to have intervened before that, it all happened very quickly but a car on a closed road should have sent red flags surely
