Default Do you enjoy when people sing ‘happy birthday’ to you?
We were at a restaurant earlier and my other half told them not to sing to me for my birthday as I hate it (which I do haha).

But do you mind if people sing it to you in public??

Did this to my friend last year on her birthday in Spain, its lovely when the whole restaurant joins in, whats not to love, that said I would hate it

Yes the public attention part is utter cringe. When it's people I know and care for quite a bit, then it's actually very nice (but still cheesy).
