Did you stop and think that the person was asking if she needed help so they could go and FIND someone who works in that dept? Aside from that M&S employees on the shop floor often work across all departments. They were not offering a bra fitting, they were asking if they needed assistance.

Do you know what's ****ing weird about this is that they cause a fuss about a shop worker asking someone is they needed help because they're trans and they're they'll get off Twitter and then get in their car and then go to their male gynaecologist and not think anything of it because it's not about someone being born male it's about someone being trans.
