I'm having that issue with my label printer right now. It's showing up in the list. It even says it's connected to Bluetooth. But it says it can't connect because a very specific service that isn't running on my machine,

is running...
It might be my antivirus. I haven't figured it out yet but I'm going to test it on another machine tomorrow. I can technically still use it with a 10 ft USB cable, but still...
It's a very janky solution given it's on a high shelf and it has to drop its cable down to my PC very Rapunzel style and I have to walk through that to go back and forth for other things. sigh
