I quit smoking a few months ago, and moved to vaping (I say moved, I’ve vaped on and off for the past few years). It’s something I’m trying to cut down on slowly. Currently I’m in the stages of reducing how much nicotine I add to it.
My preferred vape is a proper refillable mod and I tend to stick to Lemon mint shisha or apple, elderflower and garden mint flavours (I find other flavours can be too sweet or fake tasting/harsh on the throat).

I was going to make a thread along these lines yesterday as I was sitting behind a man in a car who was old fashioned smoking and putting his ash out the window and it occurred to me I know no one who smokes now and that the inside of his car must stink, see I can hold two thoughts in my head at the same time.

These results are surprising..nearly everyone I know vapes! Mind a lot still smoke round here too where I understand that's quite rare these days

The only people I know who vape are my friends 3 sons and I literally have no idea why because they didn't smoke

No, I'm off the ciggies maybe 3 years now? I just went cold turkey, i didn't want to replace it with another addiction
