We're not at all dry, but we're definitely hot.

My neighbor runs a small landscaping business (delivering plants, flowers, etc) that they keep stored in their backyard. I've thought of starting an apiary at some point over the years, so thought about all the little flowers that will help feed the bees. I think they buy wholesale and then store it, then when they're not at their job, they take a truck out to the road to sell their goods. They enjoy it as a hobby and we are sort of exchange efforts around our hobbies/interests.

Right now I'm working on helping them to grow some grass on the edge of their yard that sits underneath one of their trees. I think it originates from Mexico... but it probably needs a little cushion from the grass to stay hydrated. I've been planting St Augustine runners on their side and watering them and I don't mind to hit their sidewalk when I'm edging. Some of the others I've already planted are spreading, so hopefully by next year it'll actually be filled in...

They were the ones who planted our Swamp Oak and occasionally he comes over to feed it and another plant he left for us on our property.
