She would fit in with a lot of folk. These beliefs are way more common than people realize and in the US particularly, it's becoming more mainstream. On BBUK's Reddit I saw a manifestation circle or something scrolling through posts. How many of the other housemates have we heard talk about energies, etc? She's taken it a step further absolutely but this is not the first time I have heard people profess the exact same beliefs and experiences she is professing.
