the funk of 40,000 years!

I dream a lot about zombies.
Reading up on possible meanings has proven of little help, given that the number of possible representations is relatively extensive. All I know is that I wake up from them feeling fairly depressed and uncomfortable.

Recently, my worst dreams have centred around grief. I don’t want to go into it too much but I feel the vividness when it’s something you’re very emotionally connected to, but when there’s something like that to point at and contextualise them, at-least then they’re not nightmarish-scary. Just sad. Are you the sort of person who believes in dreams having meanings and stuff or would you just shrug it off most of the time? I know for me I believe that might be elements of truth in astrology but it’s not something I turn to, even out of casual interest, for anything. It’s not a source of potential interpretation for me, or how I analyse personality (mine and the personality of others). It’s all-the-way in the background, but I think there’s the slightest tinge of something in it.

Zombie dreams often stem from a fear of change, being stuck in a situation, or not being able to move on. If life transitions scare you or a lot has been happening in your personal world, these dreams may be giving you a push to let loose, go with the flow, and accept the changes approaching. …but as always with specific recurring themes in dreams, there are multiple interpretations and is obviously connected to what’s happening in our lives also and how we’re processing those things…(…or not processing them in waking hours so the anxieties are building and intruding into dream state..?…)…this is a bit more from the site that I found the above possible meaning on… https://www.dreams.co.uk/sleep-matte...zombies-mean-2 …I mean, I wish you happy dreams, Ray… …and may all of your zombies be little ones etc…but I know it’s not that easy because we have to work through and reason things in our lives to try to stop those anxieties becoming head monsters/dream monsters ….

Cress. Does this thing still exist or is it just some unnecessary sandwich-filling that’s been relegated to back-history?

Oh, wow. I bet each bite is a real blast from the past when you do fancy one.

Cabbage as customary fillings for burgers instead of limp lettuce should absolutely be a thang if North Carolina can do ’slaw-(coleslaw) burgers. Oh, and, to hell with pickles.

The way low self-esteem doesn’t always have to go hand-in-hand with depression. You can always be one and not both. They’re not mutually intertwined to quite-the extent that some people think.
