Using terms that suggest aggression from black women when no aggression was presented has long been a contentious issue. Cameron of course didn't intend it in this way but Feyisola likely has a lived experience which makes her reactive to this kind of stuff. Because let's be honest, she didn't bark or shout.

That said, I wish she'd have not said "especially towards a black woman" behind his back because that made it seem like she was trying to paint him as racist when he evidently isn't, she should have waited to discuss it with him one on one and explained why she responded so emotionally to what he said. I was disappointed in what she said but I understood where it came from.

But I've no doubt the people who've been waiting for a reason to hate her will be holding onto this long after she and Cameron have made amends.
