Non-binary artist behind Canterbury Cathedral graffiti ‘art’ project has branded
U.S. Vice President JD Vance a “Mug”, after Vance called the art installation
‘ugly.’

Alex Vellis, who describes himself as ‘non-binary’ a ‘queer vegan’ and an
‘agender goblin’ and also uses They/Them pronouns, sparked global outcry
from Christians for the art project which has been described as “blasphemous.”


JD Vance said the exhibit made the “beautiful historical building really ugly.”
