I think they are just speaking in their true voice, not in an effort to be offense.

Others finding you offensive doesn't mean necessarily that you were trying to be. Speaking your won truth can indeed just be offensive to others, but that's on them not you.

In the end, no one can offend you, you can only choose to be offended, so I do think people need to control themselves on this all of this rather than reporting others for 'offensive' speech.

But, I do respect the forum rules on it whatever, which is why I use 'they' as a compromise. I don't mind really
