For the most part, the housemates seem to treat her kindly. Tate immediately calculated how Emily would get her letter and Marcus bought it for her at the expense of his own so she's not really being ostracised. I get how it can feel like that (and her crying in the sneak peak was tough to watch) but my belief is the edit is making it look worse than it is. Plus pointless stirring games like these can bring it to the surface. I think the other issue is, up until now, Emily has taken it all with a stiff upper lift so they may see her an easier target in that regard too, compared to say Elsa or Jenny, who have worn their emotions on their sleeves.
