I’ve not had much issue with them. DPD on the other hand are terrible.
My favourite excuse for them not delivering is ‘sorry we missed you’. Funny as it’s usually on days when I’ve been in the front room and by the front door all day. So unless they are knocking super quietly or not at all, they haven’t actually tried to deliver.
