I can't believe he just stood up and told us he didn't come into politics for personal gain..


errr having yours and your wifes clothes paid for along with your spectacles.... if that is not scraping the lower end of what you can get for free I dont know what is

Once he's done being prime minister he will claim between Ł115,000 and Ł180,000 per year in Public Duty Costs meaning all his admin expenses, travel and entertainment costs, secretarial, postage etc will be paid. He will be entitled to this for life. He'll also get a severance payment if about Ł75,000 and a triple-locked pension. He will also get police protection from for the rest of his life.

Out of the frying pan into the fire if Rayner gets the top job, what do these people not understand about the public wanting a decent person in the top job, no we dont want dodgy Rayner no matter how many times you tell us she is working class and pulled herself up by her bootstraps...
