The posts and the rant about Somalia, calling countries “bullshit countries” — it’s all there for people to draw their own conclusions. I also see the claim that Trump didn’t actually write that particular post. Fair enough, but I’ve said on here before that I didn’t think he wrote the Rob Reiner tweet either because the language didn’t match his usual style.

So it does raise a legitimate question: if he doesn’t write all of his own posts, how many of those long, angry rants were actually him and how many were staff?

He keeps circling back to Obama, and he recently said Obama should be arrested. Whatever someone thinks of the politics, the fixation is obvious. It’s hard not to wonder what it is about Obama that triggers such a consistent reaction from him, because it goes way beyond normal political criticism and into something much more personal.

Exactly. Some of those rants clearly weren’t written by him, and that actually makes it even more disturbing. If he’s allowing that stuff to go out under his name without having written it himself, then either he’s signing off on it or he’s happy for his staff to speak in that tone on his behalf.

Either way, it doesn’t make the posts look any better — it just adds another layer of weirdness to the whole thing.

I hate to say it, but politicians always reflect the people in the country. Throughout all the 2nd term Trump madness, Trump's support consistently holds at 40%. It may not be the majority, but it's still a huge chunk of the american people. Also, this is not a new phenomenon; they have always held these views, it's just they have been enabled now
