At the moment it's 4/5 for 50-60% (which means if you put down 4 quid you will win 5) and 7/10 for 70-80% (which means if you put down 7 you will win 10).
It's not strange at all - they are just hobby markets for gamblers now that the eviction market per se is dead in odds terms. The total transactied on the 60% or under across the whole of the UK and Ireland currently stands at £1630. And there is no liquidity left in that play market for sweetie money.

But by all means log into betfair and have a bash if you really think it's a sure thing for under 60%
