What?...there you go again generalising, and womens fight for equal rights didnt end in the 20s...and why is it your business what happens in some sections of muslim society?...its people like you sticking their oar in that add to the problem.

Not saying I myself am helping. But would you not want British born Muslim women to be helped out of bad situations, like having their Country of decents ways imposed on them. Or even being forced into to marrige, don't give all that 'arranged' nonsense.

If they are asking for help, but theres always a danger of making it a war of ideologies and imposing yourself on them and making them feel patronised which pushes them away even furthur (which is what happens when you start invading countries with the view of "helping" them) so you have to be very careful how your doing that and not come accross as though your condeming a whole religion based on some of its practices in some areas etc. And do you say these thing out of a deep concern for muslim womens rights? or just another reason to diss Islam
