I think its quite simple why Rachel aint getting the votes.
People still ahve ALexandra Burke in the back of their minds. Rachel is very similar to ALexandra, in singing style, and even her personality a bit. SO ots hard for people to vote for someone who reminds them of last years winner.

I always thought that might put her at a disadvantage, especially since Leona won the year prior to that and maybe the public are looking for something different now. It's a real shame though.
