And I never denied bullying takes place here. I still don't like to call it bullying, it's certainly a different form of it, and I don't think it makes people feel uncomfortable.

Maybe it made you feel uncomfortable, but again, if several people thinking you are someone else on an internet forum makes you uncomfortable, then perhaps the internet is not the place for you.

My argument was that this thread contained no bullying. Which is a fact, plain and simple. A fact the thread creator verified for us. If you consider several people having the same opinion and voicing it, and accusing someone with good reason, to be bullying then maybe you don't know much about it. Or at the least have some very warped views on it.

'Ganging up' in this case meant a few of us questioned the thread nature. Big deal. It was your choice of language which made it appear far more sinister. Do I think instances of blatant ganging up occur in other threads? Absolutely. Do I think these people get uncomfortable or distressed? Hell no. Because they realize it is just a forum. And they always fight back tooth and nail and flame wars ensue. This is a forum. It is not real life.
