When a lady says this to a man

Do they really mean "Look, we have had an argument and now I want to revisit the argument and tell you why what I said was right and what you said was wrong"?

The guy, who has probably forgot what the row was about in the first instance (ie he has not been turning it over in his mind 24-7 and chatting to his pals about it 24-7) thinks "but i know what you are about to say and i dont want to hear this again as it will start a row again" so he is reluctant
