To be perfectly honest, I know thats the typical american airhead lingo thing. But a lot of times here in London, I dont know what the hell people be talking about sometimes, and thats all local.

You know it's all just words, right? I mean, they have our entire language, if you want to put it that way. You probably use dozens of words that have come from American culture without realising it, and vice versa.

most of the words that we find unusual from America are just words that we used to say in the past. We exported them over and they have as yet not changed where back here we have moved on

pants for trousers
sidewalk
closet

all words used in the UK 100 or so years ago


there is NO excuse for the way they say Pasta however
