The artist plans to place himself in a room, the only entrance or exit being a 22 ft long plywood tunnel constructed by Whitehurst himself. I've read this a few months back, and didn't understand it then.

Basically, he'll rape anyone who walks through there, right? But anone who walks through there is therefore consenting to it, and so it's not rape, it's just random consensual sex.

I remember reading that he originally tried to a murder tunnel, but wasn't sure if that was a joke.

but would it still be classed as rape if the person knew that when they go through the tunnel, they will get raped. its like walking past a sign that says, 'Look out for holw, you could fall and die' and you still go anyway??
