Yeah, I though that was the one you were talking about. You love your mystery films, don't you? Start watching Hitchcock. hee hee. Might watch it though cuz I'm a fan of Quaids.

I love crime thrillers and all that stuff too. My mother is a huge murder mystery reader so I've aquired some of her tastes in that area... natural I suppose. Eh yeah, you should really get into Hitchcock. You'd absolutely love his stuff.

I absolutely did, in fact I loved it! Both Bogart and Bergman are just amazing. I loved GWTW too, can't believe I've never watched either of those films before

I'm now on a mission to educate myself on the old classics lol. I've downloaded It's A Wonderful Life, Breakfast at Tiffany's and The Lion in Winter because my Dad told me I need to watch that film for Katharine Hepburn's performance alone!

I told you about The Lion in Winter ages ago. Tut tut. Decent film that's elevated purely because of the acting talent involved.

For Audrey I'd go for Wait Until Dark. Excellent thriller and Alan Arkin plays a great nutcase in it.

And yes, Casablance is just wonderful. Endlessly rewatchable and Bergman is to die for in it. An angel! Clark Gable is a legend. Apparently he wouldn't continue filming Gone with the Wind until there was no segregation during lunch breaks... enough said about the calibre of the man really.

You did?! I'm sorry my memory is terrible honestly! My dad was shocked when I told him I'd watched Casablanca lol I think I impressed him actually haha!

Ok I'll download that one as well. You'll have to recommend me some more at some point once I've watched these.

Oh I fell in love with Clark in his first scene in the film I think LOL! They certainly don't make men like him anymore! I wasn't sure I'd be able to sit through the whole thing tbh but the almost 4 hours just flew by in the end, simply a beautiful film and the acting is just stellar!

Same with Bogart, he just has that....presence! Beautiful man. And so much charisma without even uttering a word!

Oh, and Breakfast at Tiffany's and It's a Wonderful Life are great. Believe me, you'll fall in love with Audrey and Jimmy after watching them.

LOL ! Lauren why? They got you too?

I watched 2012 last. Pretty good I must say. I liked the special effects.
The story is ridiculous, but hey, the whole 2012 end of the world thing is ridiculous anyways. But I enjoyed it, as a fiction.

lol wildcat! "got to me" that sounds scary!

I read the books and they're brilliant, really well written. The film is a load of old tripe though haha, hopefully New Moon will be better

uh, The Bucket List.

Stars Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson as two cancer patients who make a list of things to do before they die. And do them. Quite lovely.
