Like you wouldnt get on the bus and see his Thumbish head popping up.
Hes most likely an Obese guy, and that pic was probley took at a party and they were all doing silly poses, the Obese fat guy probley randomly decided to join in and ran over to get in on the picture.
The Photogapher probley pressed the Button and just as the pic was flashing the fat guy (thumb face) jumped up.

Unfortunatly for him, not all of his body got in the picture.

Which made him look like a Human Thumb.
